Julian has a wealth of industry experience in property development, construction management, and project coordination. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Urban Development (Honours) from Queensland University of Technology, where he specialised in property and urban development. His career spans a variety of sectors, including property development, construction, mining, and financial services, giving him a well-rounded skill set for tackling complex projects.
Julian has a proven track record of managing projects across the entire development lifecycle—from site acquisitions and feasibility assessments to project delivery and financial oversight. His experience includes coordinating large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments, where he has been responsible for liaising with stakeholders to deliver exceptional projects.
As Director, Julian is committed to delivering exceptional results for clients, leveraging his extensive industry knowledge to drive projects forward with precision, efficiency, and a focus on outcomes.
